My Background
A Leader with Experience, Heart and Integrity
I am running for Public Administrator of Clark County because I believe this office must be led by someone with real, hands-on experience, deep community ties, and a genuine commitment to serving families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
I bring extensive experience in real estate, property management, and private administration. For years, I have worked directly on probate and estate administration matters, giving me a practical, ground-level understanding of how these processes function in the real world, not just on paper.
I am currently the most experienced and qualified private administrator working in Clark County, which uniquely positions me to both understand the role of Public Administrator and to excel in it. I fact, I began working as a private administrator for the express purpose of gaining the experience necessary to eventually become a highly effective Public Administrator for my community.
My work has given me an intimate familiarity with where current practices in the Public Administrator’s Office fall short and where meaningful reforms are needed. I know what must be changed, improved, and modernized to better serve families, protect estates, and restore trust in the system.
I also have a strong and longstanding connection to Clark County’s minority communities. Through my private administration work, I have served many minority families and individuals who often face additional barriers when navigating probate. When families or estates cannot afford legal representation, I routinely take on probate administration cases at no cost, because I believe access to fair estate administration should not depend on financial means.
My career has been dedicated to public service, advocacy, and efficient real estate best practices. As a longtime resident of Clark County, I have worked closely with families, legal partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen neighborhoods and address persistent challenges, including the issue of abandoned properties that affect families and communities alike.
The role of Public Administrator is not just legal. It is personal. Every file represents a real person, a real family, and a real loss. I bring both compassion and accountability to this work, ensuring that families feel heard, supported, and treated with dignity throughout the entire process.
